Time's Up
An annual report for TIME’S UP, designed with bold typography and clear layout to present data, impact, and advocacy with precision.
TIME’S UP, a nonprofit supporting survivors of sexual harassment, needed a publication that didn’t just inform, but demanded attention. I designed a bold, high-impact piece that amplifies their mission of workplace equity and justice. With a dominant red palette, assertive typography, and stark contrast, every page is designed to confront and compel.
The cover uses a David Hockney-inspired collage technique, distorting a woman’s facial features into visual imbalance—a metaphor for the discomfort and systemic injustice women face daily in professional spaces. Inside, highlighted texts, sharp contrasts, and dynamic layouts not only guide the eye, but stir emotion. This report transforms a standard document into a powerful, visual statement—one that dares to speak louder, and makes sure it’s heard.
